Autumn Forest Bathing at Center for Wildlife
This event is no longer on sale.
Join Kaneel, a Mindful Outdoor Guide, and the humans & wildlife ambassadors from the Center for Wildlife for the first in a series of seasonal forest bathing events. Through this slow and mindful practice, you’ll deepen your relationship with yourself, the wildlife that lives around you, and the land we all inhabit. We’ll start with a seasonal tisane (staghorn lemonade), and after some guided breathing and gentle movement, we'llll amble along the trail which passes through a mixed forest, ephemeral streams, sphagnum moss mats and a blueberry wetland. Kaneel will lead us in engaging our curiosity, awakening our senses, and enjoying the beauty of the Center for Wildlife campus and the foothills of Mount Agamenticus.
